VII National Conference & III Cultural Festival of India for Deaf Women was a national event of its own kind Hosted by Delhi Foundation of Deaf Women (DFDW) & organized by National foundation of Deaf Women (NFDW). 12 states mentioned below Participated in the event.

There were 150 deaf women participants who took part in the Dance, Drama & Mime Show competitions and showed their excellence in each performance.
More than 600 audiences encouraged the Dancers and artists on 29th Dec’08 at Kamani auditorium. There was a huge round of applause.
Deaf Women also proved the ‘POWER OF A WOMEN’
